Die Erfindung betrifft eine Walzenmühle, bei der die Walzenoberfläche (1a) Vertiefungen (2) aufweist, deren Abmessungen und Form so gewählt sind, daß beim Mahlprozeß Mahlgut (8) in den Vertiefungen (2) verbleibt und diese im wesentlichen ausfüllt. Hierdurch wird ein besonders gutes Einzugsverhalten des Mahlgutes erreicht. <IMAGE>
