The invention relates to a method for packaging a stack of objects by means of a stretchfilm hood, in which a length of tubular film closed at the top with a welding seam and open at the bottom is drawn from a roll and cut off, the resulting stretchfilm hood is opened, gathered in the longitudinal direction of the hood and stretched in the transverse direction of the hood and then pulled over the stack of objects. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method. Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verpacken eines Gutstapels mit einer Stretchfolienhaube, wobei ein von einem Folienschlauchwickel abgezogener, kopfseitig mit einer Schweißnaht geschlossener und fußseitig offener Schlauchabschnitt vom Folienschlauch abgeschnitten wird sowie die so entstandene Stretchfolienhaube geöffnet, in Haubenlängsrichtung gerafft und in Haubenquerrichtung gespannt sowie dann über den Gutstapel gezogen wird. Die Efindung betrifft auch eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Um das Verpacken von Gutstapeln in Stretchfolienhauben zu beschleunigen und insbesondere mehr Zeit zum Abkühlen der Kopfschweißnaht zur Verfügung zu stellen, soll die Kopfschweißnaht der jeweils folgenden Stretchfolienhaube am Folienschlauch gelegt werden, während die jeweils vorangehende Stretchfolienhaube gespannt und über den Gutstapel gezogen wird. <IMAGE>
