Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a gas-heated water storage heater and/or continuous-flow heater (heating geyser) with a closed combustion chamber without internal casing with a burner, a pilot burner and a thermoelectric pilot-flame safety device, which are accommodated inside the closed combustion chamber. The invention can be characterised in that the closed combustion chamber has a rear wall (1), a front panel (8) which with side sheets (9) forms a structural component which produces a front casing (7), a front blocking sheet (6) fastened rigidly to the rear wall, and, connected to the front blocking sheet (6), a second blocking sheet (10) fastened rigidly in the front casing (7); the front casing (7) is fastened separably to the rear wall; between the side sheets (3) of the rear wall (1) and the front blocking sheet (6) and between the supported surface parts of the side sheets (3) of the front casing (7) and of the second blocking sheet (10) on the front casing (7), a seal (16) made of elastic plastic foam strip is arranged; the bores (23, 22, 19) for guiding the pipes of the gas fitting (27), of the pilot burner and of the thermoelectric pilot-flame safety device through into the closed combustion chamber are situated in the front blocking sheet (6) fastened rigidly to the rear wall (1).

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft einen gasgeheizten Wasserboiler und/oder Durchlauferhitzer (Heizgeiser) mit geschlossener Brennkammer ohne internen Mantel mit einem Brenner, einem Zündbrenner und einer thermoelektrischen Zündflammen-Sicherung, die innerhalb der geschlossenen Brennkammer untergebracht sind. Die Erfindung kann dadurch gekennzeichnet werden, daß die geschlossene Brennkammer eine Rückwand (1), eine Frontplatte (8), die mit Seitenblechen (9) eine Baugruppe bildet, die einen Vordermantel (7) ergibt, ein zur Rückwand starr befestigtes vorderes Sperrblech (6) sowie ein in dem Vordermantel (7) starr befestigtes zweites Sperrblech (10, aufweist, das an das vordere Sperrblech (6) angeschlossen ist; der Vordermantel (10) ist trennbar an der Rückwand befestigt; zwischen den Seitenblechen (3) der Rückwand (1) und dem vorderen Sperrblech (6) sowie zwischen den aufliegenden Flächenteilen der Seitenbleche (3) des Vordermantels (7) und des zweiten Sperrblechs (10) am Vordermantel (7) ist eine Dichtung (16) aus elastischem Plastschaumband angeordnet; die Bohrungen (23, 22, 19) zur Durchführung der Rohre der Gasarmatur (27), des Zündbrenners und der thermoelektrischen Zündflammen-Sicherung in die geschlossene Brennkammer befinden sich im zur Rückwand (1) starr befestigten vorderen Sperrblech (6).
