Abstract (en)
The cutter (1) has wings (2) which rotate about a pivot (3). In order to increase the moment of inertia of the cutter (1), there is arranged on ends (6) of the wings (2) a mass segment. To improve the stability of the wings (2), their ends (6) are connected to a ring (7) which is arranged concentrically with the pivot (3) and to which additional mass segments (9) are fastened. In the cutter (1), it is also possible to store high rotational energy even with a relatively low speed. The centrifugal force acting on the ring (7) and the additional mass segments (9) leads to additional stabilisation of the wings (2) of the cutter (1). <IMAGE>

Das Messer (1) weist Flügel (2) auf, die um eine Achse (3) rotieren. Um das Massenträgheitsmoment des Messers (1) zu erhöhen, ist an Enden (6) der Flügel (2) ein Massensegment angeordnet. Zur Verbesserung der Stabilität der Flügel (2) sind deren Enden (6) mit einem zur Achse (3) konzentrisch angeordneten Ring (7) verbunden, woran zusätzliche Massensegmente (9) befestigt sind. Im Messer (1) läßt sich auch bei verhältnismäßig niedriger Drehzahl eine hohe Rotationsenergie speichern. Die am Ring (7) und den zusätzlichen Massensegmenten (9) wirkende Fliehkraft führt zu einer zusätzlichen Stabilisierung der Flügel (2) des Messers (1). <IMAGE>
