Abstract (en)
The guard section comprises a plurality of housing-like steel guard-rails (1) which can be coupled releasably with one another. Each steel guard-rail (1) incorporates two impact plates (6) arranged in mirror-image fashion with respect to one another and consisting of lower longitudinal strips (7), central longitudinal strips (8) and upper longitudinal strips (9) which are interconnected via fillets (10, 13) in bend-free manner. Cross-sectionally I-shaped transverse runners (3) having surfaces for supporting them on the ground are welded on at the height of the lower longitudinal strips (7) and the lower fillets (10). It is also possible for horizontal reinforcing plates to be welded in between the impact plates (6) at the height of the upper sides of the transverse runners (3) and also at the mid-height of the central longitudinal strips (8). The coupling of two steel guard-rails (1) is effected with the use of formed pieces (19), connecting plates (24) and screw-bolts. <IMAGE>

Der Schutzplankenstrang umfaßt mehrere lösbar miteinander kuppelbare gehäuseartige Stahlschutzplanken (1). Jede Stahlschutzplanke (1) weist zwei einander spiegelbildlich zugeordnete Anfahrbleche (6) aus unteren Längsstreifen (7), mittleren Längsstreifen (8) und oberen Längsstreifen (9) auf, die über Hohlkehlen (10, 13) knickfrei miteinander verbunden sind. Im Höhenbereich der unteren Längsstreifen (7) sowie der unteren Hohlkehlen (10) sind im Querschnitt I-förmige Querkufen (3) mit Aufstandsflächen angeschweißt. Außerdem können im Höhenbereich der Oberseiten der Querkufen (3) sowie im mittleren Höhenbereich der mittleren Längsstreifen (8) horizontale Aussteifungsbleche zwischen den Anfahrblechen (6) eingeschweißt sein. Die Kupplung zweier Stahlschutzplanken (1) erfolgt über Formstücke (19), Verbindungsbleche (24) und Schraubbolzen. <IMAGE>
