Abstract (en)
The piston (5) of the compressor can be made to move to and fro in a cylinder (6) by means of a crankshaft and a connecting rod (4) pivoted on the piston (5). The piston (5) has a dry-running gas compressing section (12) provided with a labyrinth seal and a guide section (11) facing the crankshaft, which guide section slides in the cylinder (6) and is lubricated. The gas compressing section (12) and the guide section (11) are composed of a material of which the thermal coefficient of expansion is essentially zero. In the wall of the cylinder (6) a chamber (17, 18) with a coolant flowing through it is provided, which encloses the moving area of the piston (5). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der kolben (5) des kompressors ist in einem Zylinder (6) mittels einer kurbelwelle und einer am kolben (5) angelenkten Pleuelstange (4) hin und her bewegbar. Der kolben (5) weist einen trockenlaufenden, mit einer Labyrinthdichtung versehenen Gasdichtungsteil (12) und einen der kurbelwelle zugewendeten Führungsteil (11) auf, der im Zylinder (6) gleitet und geschmiert ist. Der Gasdichtungsteil (12) und der Führungsteil (11) bestehen aus einem Werkstoff, dessen Wärmedehnungskoeffizient α im wesentlichen gleich Null ist. In der Wand des Zylinders (6) ist ein von einem kühlmittel durchströmter Raum (17,18) vorgesehen, der den Bewegungsbereich des kolbens (5) umgibt. <IMAGE>
