[origin: WO9011028A1] A device for protecting crash helmets (9) for two-wheeled vehicles from theft and the weather comprises a plastic bag (1) with an opening for inserting the crash helmet which can be closed by a watertight zip fastener (2). A cord (3) is attached to one end of the zip fastener (2) and a eye (5) for the passage of the cord (3) is arranged on the other end of the zip fastener (2). The two ends of the cord (3) can be brought together and secured in this position by means of a clasp (4, 6). This arrangement effectively protects the crash helmet against theft and the weather.
