Abstract (en)

Guide method for the electric drives (8) of rollers of a continuous-casting plant, the strand being withdrawn from the continuous-casting mould by the driven rollers, the drives (8) of which are controlled individually, and the setpoint for the roller drives (8) being selected as a function of load. The installation for carrying out the method comprises an automation unit (1), e.g. a programmable controller, which is connected to a display unit (2) for the display of the operating condition, to an input unit for the input of operating parameters, e.g. casting rate setpoint (VG) and operating mode, and to the individual controllers (3, 4, 5) of roller drives (8) for the transmission of setpoints. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Führungsverfahren für die elektrischen Antriebe (8) von Rollen einer Stranggießanlage, wobei der Strang durch die angetriebenen Rollen, deren Antriebe (8) einzeln geregelt sind, aus der Kokille der Stranggießanlage abgezogen wird und wobei die Sollwertvorgabe für die Rollenantriebe (8) lastabhängig erfolgt. Die Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens umfaßt eine Automatisiereinheit (1), z.B. eine speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung, die zur Anzeige des Betriebszustandes mit einer Anzeigeeinheit (2) und zur Vorgabe von Betriebsparametern, z.B. Gießgeschwindigkeits-Sollwert (vG) und Betriebsart, mit einer Eingabeeinheit sowie zur Übermittlung von Sollwerten mit den einzelnen Reglern (3,4,5) von Rollenantrieben (8) verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
