In a pneumatic control system, the pressure medium delivered from a pressure-medium source (23) is directed to a plurality of consuming devices by means of a plurality of pilot-controlled directional valves (21). To monitor the pressure in the consuming devices, which constitute an open system, and to monitor the positive pressure or the negative pressure in a closed system, a multiple pressure sensor is arranged on the circuit board (10) of an analysing circuit. The multiple pressure sensor (11) constitutes a single component which has a plurality of individual pressure sensors (11a - 11c). A compact arrangement on the circuit board (10) is thereby possible. Furthermore, the multiple pressure sensor (11) and the electronic components of the analysing circuit can be arranged on the circuit board (10) and be electrically bonded in a single operation. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer pneumatischen Steueranlage wird das von einer Druckmittelquelle (23) geförderte Druckmittel mit Hilfe mehrerer vorsteuerbarer Wegeventile (21) zu mehreren Verbrauchern gesteuert. Zur Überwachung des Drucks in den Verbrauchern, die ein offenes System darstellen, und zur Überwachung des Überdrucks bzw. des Unterdrucks in einem geschlossenen System ist ein Mehrfachdrucksensor auf der Leiterplatte (10) einer Auswerteschaltung angeordnet. Der Mehrfachdrucksensor (11) stellt ein einziges Bauteil dar, das mehrere einzelne Drucksensoren (11a - 11c) aufweist. Dadurch ist eine kompakte Anordnung auf der Leiterplatte (10) möglich. Ferner können der Mehrfachdrucksensor (11) und die elektronischen Bestandteile der Auswerteschaltung in einem einzigen Arbeitsvorgang auf der Leiterplatte (10) angeordnet und kontaktiert werden. <IMAGE>
