An undetachable connection is to be made between an ignition distributor connector and a high voltage distributor (11) which, by means of this connection, can be made detachable again with modification to the form of the ignition distributor connector (22). For this purpose a connection (19), fixably supported in the high voltage distributor (11), has an axially displaceable unlocking section (33) with a starting bevel (37) on the end face, by means of which a snap connection element (27) connected to the ignition distributor connector (22) can be forced out of the catch in an annular slot (28) on the connection (19) onto the unlocking part (33) once the insulation (23) on the ignition distributor connector (22) has been removed. When the ignition distributor connector (22) is pulled off the connection (19), the unlocking part (33) closes the annular slot (28) and prevents the snap connection element (27) from engaging. In this way the ignition distributor connector (22) can be detached from the high voltage distributor (11) after removing the insulation (23) without destroying the high voltage distributor (11). <IMAGE>

Eine im normalen Betrieb unlösbare Verbindung zwischen einem Zündverteilerstecker (22) und einem Hochspanungsverteiler (11) kann durch eine Formänderung am Zündverteilerstecker (22) wieder lösbar gemacht werden. Dazu weist ein in dem Hochspannungsverteiler (11) ortsfest gelagerter Anschluß (19) ein axial verschiebbares Entriegelungsteil (33) mit einer stirnseitigen Anlaufschräge (37) auf, über die nach Entfernung des Isolierkörpers (23) (Formänderung) des Zündverteilersteckers (22) ein mit dem Zündverteilerstecker (22) verbundenes Rastverbindungselement (27) aus der Verrastung in einer Ringnut (28) am Anschluß (19) auf den Entriegelungsteil (33) aufgeschoben werden kann. Beim Abziehen des Zündverteilersteckers (22) vom Anschluß (19) schließt das Entriegelungsteil (33) die Ringnut (28) und damit die Einrastmöglichkeit für das Rastverbindungselement (27). Dadurch ist der Zündverteilerstecker (22) nach Entfernen des Isolierkörpers (23) vom Hochspannungsverteiler (11) ohne Zerstörung des Hochspannungsverteilers (11) lösbar. <IMAGE>
