La machine tournante selon l'invention comporte une série de chambres cylindriques (5) balayées par des pistons (6) selon des cycles d'aspiration et de refoulement d'un liquide hydraulique, et alternativement reliées à des orifices haute pression et basse pression lors d'une rotation de la machine, elle comporte un orifice de prédétente (14) disposé entre l'orifice haute pression et l'orifice basse pression par référence à un sens de rotation de la machine, l'orifice de prédétente est relié par un conduit de liaison (15) à des organes support tournants (3) pour faire suivre au fluide hydraulique un chemin traversant les organes support tournants. <IMAGE>
