Abstract (en)
The device has a plunger piston (2) and a pressure accumulator (3) which are connected to one another. On the plunger piston (2) is fixed the punch (13) of a tool. The pressure accumulator (3) is a piston accumulator with a gas space (20) and a liquid space (19) which is in communication with the chamber (4) via a valve arrangement. Furthermore, a pre-stroke valve (24) is integrated into the pressure accumulator (3). This device can be used to limit the degree of pressure which can be applied to the plunger piston. As a result, a tool (23) is protected independently over its total circumference against excessive closing pressure. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Vorrichtung hat einen Tauchkolben (2) und einen Druckspeicher (3), die miteinander in Verbindung stehen. Am Tauchkolben (2) ist der Stempel (13) eines Werkzeuges befestigt. Der Druckspeicher (3) ist ein Kolbenspeicher mit einem Gasraum (20) und einem Flüssigkeitsraum (19), der über eine Ventilanordnung mit der Kammer (4) in Verbindung steht. Ferner ist ein Vorhubventil (24) in den Druckspeicher (3) integriert. Mit dieser Voprrichtung kann die Höhe des auf den Tauchkolben aufbringbaren Druckes begrenzt werden. Dadurhc wird ein Werkzeug (23) vollumfänglich und selbständig gegen überhohen Schliessdruck gesichert. <IMAGE>
