[origin: EP0467066A1] In a curtain wall structure built from elements, there is, between the profiled frames 1, 2, a joint 3 which is closed by a seal 5 insertable from inside or by a seal insertable from outside. On their joint side, the profiled frames possess flanges 17 with receiving channels 18, 19 for receiving edge bulbs 33, 34, e.g. of an internal seal 5, which is of v-shaped configuration and bears, with side faces 25, 26, against bearing faces 24 extending at an angle to the longitudinal mid-plane 23 of the joint 3. <IMAGE>
