The fastener (1) is telescopically extensible. <??>It comprises a first tubular component (2) over the upper and lateral faces of which fit a plurality of links (5) like those used for the rest of the bracelet. Into the first component a second tubular component (8) can be introduced, which can, in turn, receive a third component (10) in the form of a plate attached to which is a locking system to secure the fastener in the retracted position. <??>The fastener is applicable to a bracelet and is no thicker than the links from which said bracelet is built up. <IMAGE>

Le fermoir (1) est à extension télescopique. Il comporte un premier élément tubulaire (2) coiffé, sur sa face supérieure et sur ses faces latérales, par une pluralité de maillons (5) semblables à ceux utilisés pour le reste du bracelet. Dans le premier élément peut être introduit un deuxième élément tubulaire (8) qui est susceptible de recevoir à son tour un troisième élément (10) en forme de plaque auquel est attaché un système de blocage pour maintenir le fermoir en position rétractée. Le fermoir est applicable à un bracelet et ne présente aucune surépaisseur par rapport aux maillons dont ledit bracelet est constitué. <IMAGE>
