Abstract (en)
The flat heating gas draught tube is intended in particular for useful heat heating boilers of small capacity with atmospheric or gas blower burners and consists of two parallel and fluid-tight metal wall sheets (4) which are interconnected along two opposite edges and delimit the water-bearing inner space except for inflow and outflow openings and which are provided with undulating parallel shapes. According to the invention, such a flat heating gas draught tube is designed in such a manner that the shapes are formed out on the metal wall sheet (4) as extrusion press stampings, which reduce the original thickness of the metal wall sheets (4), in the form of outwardly directed gas-side ribs (1) running parallel to one another, in relation to which, on the water side in the region below the respective rib feet (2), correspondingly running grooves (3) are formed in the metal wall sheets (4) of the flat tube, the depth (T) of the undulations being dimensioned smaller than the height (H) of the ribs and the distance (A) of the ribs (1) from one another being the same or approximately the same as the height (H) of the ribs. <IMAGE>

Die Heizgaszugtasche ist, insbesondere für Brennwert-Heizkessel kleinerer Leistung mit atmosphärischem oder Gasgebläsebrenner bestimmt und besteht aus zwei parallelen und flüssigkeitsdicht längs zweier gegenüberliegender Ränder miteinander verbundener und den wasserführenden Innenraum bis auf Zu- und Abströmöffnungen begrenzenden Wandblechen (4), die mit wellenartigen, parallelen Formgebungen versehen sind. Nach der Erfindung ist eine derartige Heizgaszugtasche derart ausgebildet, daß die Formgebungen als die ursprüngliche Stärke der Wandbleche (4) reduzierende Fließpressprägungen in Form von nach außen gerichteten, gasseitigen, parallel zueinander verlaufenden Rippen (1) am Wandblech (4) ausgeformt sind, zu denen wasserseitig im Bereich unter den jeweiligen Rippenfüßen (2) entsprechend verlaufende Rillen (3) in die Wandbleche (4) der Tasche eingeformt sind, wobei die Tiefe (T) der Wellen kleiner bemessen ist als die Höhe (H) der Rippen und der Abstand (A) der Rippen (1) zueinander gleich oder angenähert gleich ist der Höhe (H) der Rippen. <IMAGE>
