The method makes it possible to control the movement of a swinging load suspended from a support which is horizontally mobile and moved from a departure point to an arrival point during a journey of predetermined duration (T). The movable support (40) is subject to a support movement law x(t) determined such that the movement of the swinging load (20) is regulated by a load movement law X(t) satisfying the following conditions: X''(t) is continuous and derivable according to the time variable t, X''(t) = 0 and X'''(t) = 0 for t>/=T. Use especially for port lifting engines such as cranes, gantries for buckets or for containers. <IMAGE>

Le procédé permet de contrôler le déplacement d'une charge pendulaire suspendue à un support mobile horizontalement et déplacée d'un point de départ à un point d'arrivée pendant un trajet de durée prédéterminée (T). Le support mobile (40) est soumis à une loi de déplacement de support x(t) déterminée de sorte que le déplacement de la charge pendulaire (20) soit régi par une loi de déplacement de charge X(t) satisfaisant aux conditions suivantes : X"(t) est continue et dérivable selon la variable de temps t, X"(t) = 0 et X‴ (t) = 0 pour t>=T. Utilisation notamment pour des engins de levage portuaires tels que grues, portiques à benne ou à conteneurs. <IMAGE>
