Abstract (en)

According to the invention, the transition element for electromagnetic waveguides is of the type intended to afford the transition between a circular waveguide (21) and a coaxial waveguide (25), and consists of a circular outer guide (31) cooperating with an inner conductor (33) forming an end portion of the central conductor (23) of the coaxial waveguide (25), the inner conductor (33) having at least one intermediate transition step (34, 35) of substantially constant cross-section throughout its length. <??>It applies in particular to the construction of two-band duplexers. <IMAGE>

Selon l'invention l'élément de transition pour guides d'ondes électromagnétiques est du type destiné à assurer la transition entre un guide d'ondes circulaire (21) et un guide d'ondes coaxial (25), et est constitué par un guide extérieur (31) circulaire coopérant avec un conducteur intérieur (33) formant portion d'extrémité du conducteur central (23) du guide d'ondes coaxial (25), le conducteur intérieur (33) présentant au moins un palier intermédiaire de transition (34,35) de section sensiblement constante sur toute sa longueur. Il s'applique notament à la réalisation de duplexeurs bibandes. <IMAGE>
