[origin: US5257422A] The bowl (18) of a urinal is detachably fastened with threaded bolts (20) to a building wall (19). After detaching the bowl (18), it can be swung away from the building wall (19) by a limited amount by a pivoting device (26, 27, 28) for maintenance of control devices (23) and fittings (21). The drain socket (24) is connected to the drain elbow (17) by a flexible line (12). In the use position of the urinal, a partially flexible siphon trap (12) is wound such that it forms a drain siphon. When the bowl (18) is swung away from the building wall (19), the flexible line (12) is stretched, and it is not necessary to detach the connection between the socket (24) and the drain elbow (17). The present invention permits simple maintenance of devices and fittings arranged covered behind the bowl (18).

Das Becken (18) eines Urinals ist mit Gewindebolzen (20) lösbar an einer Gebäudewand (19) befestigt. Nach dem Lösen des Beckens (18) kann dieses mit einer Schwenkvorrichtung (26,27,28) begrenzt von der Gebäudewand (19) zur Wartung von Steuergeräten (22) und Armaturen (21) weggeschwenkt werden. Hierbei ist der Ablaufstutzen (24) mittels einer flexiblen Leitung (13) mit dem Ablaufbogen (17) verbunden. In der Gebrauchsstellung des Urinals ist ein teilweiser flexibler Siphon (13) so gewunden, dass er einen Absaugsiphon (29) bildet. Beim Wegklappen des Beckens (18) von der Gebäudewand (19) wird die flexible Leitung (13) gestreckt, wobei ein Lösen der Verbindung des Stutzens (24) zum Ablaufbogen (17) nicht erforderlich ist. Die Erfindung ermöglicht eine einfache Wartung von hinter dem Becken (18) abgedeckt angeordneten Geräten und Armaturen. <IMAGE>
