[origin: WO9014994A1] The invention relates to a device for removing wire from units (7) from two closely adjacent stacks of several superimposed bales (11, 12, 13) whereby each unit (7) in a plane is surrounded by a bunch (15) of several parallel single wires. In order to remove the wire from the units (7) fully automatically and at the same time wind the bundle of wires into a coil, there is a wire cutting device (18) in the lower part of the unit (7) combined with a wire lifting device (3) to lift the separated wire bunch (15). There is also a grasping device (4) which grips the wire bunch (15) on both sides of the wire lifting device (3) and takes it into a predetermined removal position. The separated wire bunch (15) is taken up by a winding device, wound into a coil and ejected from the device.

Dispositif de dévidage (7) composées de deux piles disposées verticalement à proximité immédiate l'une de l'autre et formées de plusieurs balles superposées (11, 12, 13), chaque unité (7) étant entourée, dans un plan, par une botte (15) de plusieurs fils individuels parallèles comportant toutes les balles. Pour effectuer le dévidage des unités (7) entièrement automatiquement et pour enrouler, en même temps, la botte de fils de manière à constituer une bobine, il est prévu, à la partie inférieure de l'unité (7), un dispositif coupe-fil (18) qui est combiné à un dispositif de levage du fil (3) destiné à soulever la botte de fils séparés (15). De plus, il est prévu un dispositif de préhension (4) capable de saisir la botte de fils (15) des deux côtés du dispositif de levage (3) et de l'amener dans une position de reprise prédéterminée. La botte de fils séparés (15) est reprise par un dispositif renvideur, puis enroulée en bobine, et enfin éjectée du dispositif.
