Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0468172A2] A label for shipping goods comprises a loop section and a secondary section, the two of which are connected detachably to each other by means of a perforation. An adhesive layer (13 and 12, respectively) of the loop section (2) and of the secondary section (3) end at a distance ahead of the perforation line (4). The two ends of the cover strip (6) are uncoated and adhere directly to the opposite adhesive layer (13 and 12, respectively) of the loop section (2) and of the secondary section (3). At the transition to the respective adhesive layer, they are designed such that they can be folded over about the transitional line (15, 14). On a level with the perforation line (4) of the loop section (2) and of the secondary section (3), the cover strip (6) is provided with a cut-line join (7), which breaks open when the two sections are folded over about the perforation line (4). <IMAGE>
