The invention relates to an apparatus for exchanging a pouring tube (1) on a metallurgical vessel (2), in which the refractory pouring tube (1) can be placed with a top plate (3) on sliding rails (5), which are arranged on the base (4) of the pouring vessel (2) and are spring-loaded at least in some areas, and is displaceable by means of a drive assembly (6) into a pouring position, in which the top plate of the pouring tube rests sealingly in the region of the discharge opening of the vessel, and in which the spent pouring tube (1'') is transferrable by the top plate into a removal position. By displacement of the pouring tube with the top plate, the intention is to allow adjustment of the maximum metal flow through the discharge opening of the vessel, preferably down to zero. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zum Wechseln eines Gießrohres (1) an einem metallurgischen Gefäß (2), bei welcher das feuerfeste Gießrohr (1) mit einer Kopfplatte (3) auf am Boden (4) des Gießgefäßes (2) angeordneten, wenigstens bereichsweise federbelasteten Gleitschienen (5) absetzbar ist und mittels eines Antriebsaggregates (6) in eine Gießstellung verschieblich ist, in welcher die Kopfplatte des Gießrohres dichtend im Bereich der Ausgußöffnung des Gefäßes anliegt, und bei welcher das verbrauchte Gießrohr (1") mit der Kopfplatte in eine Entnahmestellung überführbar ist. Hierdurch soll durch Verschieben des Gießrohres mit der Kopfplatte der maximale Metalldurchfluß durch die Ausgußöffnung des Gefäßes, vorzugsweise bis auf Null, regelbar sein. <IMAGE>
