Abstract (en)
A clothes drying machine comprises a housing (1) containing a rotary drum and connected to known means (6, 7, 8, 9) such as a compressor, condenser, evaporator and vessel for cyclically heating and dehumidifying the air fed into the drum for drying the clothes contained therein. According to the invention at least part of the water originating from the condensation of the moisture present in the air removed from the drum is directed towards a member (11) positioned at the evaporator (8) and mobile above it, said member (11) having a free end (21) provided with at least one aperture through which said condensate water can leave the member (11) and reach the evaporator (8), with said end (21) there being associated means (22) cooperating with the surface of said evaporator (8) to clean it of any material detached from the clothes contained in said drum and conveyed to the evaporator (8) by the hot, humid air (3) originating from the housing (1). <IMAGE>
