[origin: JPH04232315A] PURPOSE: To minimize the structural length of an internal-combustion engine mounted with an arrangement for changing the relative rotating position of its two shafts, by improving the arrangement or reducing its structural space for a small size. CONSTITUTION: A first toothing is constructed as a first external toothing 11 which cooperates with a first internal toothing 13 cut correspondingly in a connecting member or plunger 12, and a second toothing is constructed as a second internal toothing 16 which cooperates with a second external toothing 14 cut correspondingly in the connecting member or plunger 12.
