Abstract (en)
A food product dispensing apparatus and method which prevents the product from being damaged when the product is dispensed. A food product cooking apparatus and method which preserves the cooking oil such that the oil needs only be changed at two to four week intervals. The present apparatus and method relates to vending-frying machines for dispensing and cooking food products. The instant invention extends the intervals between when such vending machines need be serviced. <IMAGE>
