A device for stacking sheets (3) has in at least one belt plane (12) a belt (17) of predetermined length and an endless belt (26). In the belt plane (12), rigid rollers (20 to 25) and three guide rollers (13; 14; 15), which can be displaced by means of a carriage (11) to alter the belt geometry, are used for spreading out and tensioning the belts (17; 26). As soon as the sheet (3) passes along a direction of movement (32 or 36) into a transport plane (16) formed by the belts (17; 26), a drive (30) displaces the carriage (11) along a rail (8) and over a stack (1) in the same direction of movement (32 or 36), the sheet (3) seized by the belts (17; 26) being conveyed at twice the speed of the carriage (11) to the outer guide roller (13 or 15) and guided around said roller to be deposited onto the stack (1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von Blättern (3) weist in wenigstens einer Bänderebene (12) ein Band (17) von vorbestimmter Länge und ein Endlosband (26) auf. In der Bänderebene (12) spannen starr angeordnete Rollen (20 bis 25) und drei zum Verändern der Bandgeometrie mittels eines Wagens (11) verschiebbare Führungsrollen (13; 14; 15) die Bänder (17; 26) auf. Sobald das Blatt (3) entlang einer Bewegungsrichtung (32 bzw. 36) in eine aus den Bändern (17; 26) gebildete Transportebene (16) eindringt, verschiebt ein Antrieb (30) den Wagen (11) auf einer Schiene (8) über einen Stapel (1) in der gleichen Bewegungsrichtung (32 bzw. 36), wobei das von den Bändern (17; 26) erfasste Blatt (3) mit der doppelten Geschwindigkeit des Wagens (11) zur äusseren Führungsrolle (13 bzw. 15) befördert und um diese herum auf den Stapel (1) abgelegt wird. <IMAGE>
