Abstract (en)
Appliance for accurately making the bores for fastening the frame hinge parts in relation to the hinge parts of a window or door fastened to the wing. Guided on a guide rail (1) so as to be longitudinally moveable and lockable are at least two laterally projecting drilling templates (3, 3') which each have drill bushes (9) arranged according to the hole pattern of a frame hinge part (4,4') and a corresponding frame hinge part (4, 4') offset outwards in parallel with these bushes. Arranged on one end of the guide rail (1) is a stop plate (2) having a stop face (6) which can be laid onto the lower rebate face (21) of the upper wing edge, whilst the drilling templates (3, 3') together with their frame hinge parts (4, 4') can be pushed into the wing hinge parts. By means of an upper stop face (7), the stop plate can be laid against the upper rebate face (24) of the upper frame profile (23), whilst the drilling templates (3, 3') can be applied jointly to a lateral frame profile (26). The distance between the mutually parallel stop faces (6, 7) corresponds to the chamber dimension (25) of the door or window. <IMAGE>

Gerät zum präzisen Anbringen der Bohrungen zum Befestigen der Rahmenbandteile im Verhältnis zu den am Flügel befestigten Bandteilen eines Fensters oder einer Türe. Auf einer Führungsschiene (1) sind mindestens zwei seitlich vorkragende Bohrschablonen (3,3') längsbeweglich und feststellbar geführt, die jeweils dem Lochbild eines Rahmenbandteiles (4,4') entsprechend angeordnete Bohrbuchsen (9) und dazu parallel nach außen versetzt ein entsprechendes Rahmenbandteil (4,4') aufweisen. An einem Ende der Führungsschiene (1) ist eine Anschlagplatte (2) angeordnet mit einer Anschlagfläche (6), die auf die untere Falzfläche (21) der oberen Flügelkante auflegbar ist, während die Bohrschablonen (3,3') mit ihren Rahmenbandteilen (4,4') in die Flügelbandteile einschiebbar sind. Mit einer oberen Anschlagfläche (7) ist die Anschlagplatte gegen die obere Falzfläche (24) des oberen Rahmenprofils (23) anlegbar ,während die Bohrschablonen (3,3') gemeinsam an ein seitliches Rahmenprofil (26) anlegbar sind. Der Abstand der zueinander parallelen Anschlagflächen (6,7) entspricht dem Kammermaß (25) der Türe oder des Fensters. <IMAGE>
