A roller (1) for a roller hearth furnace, in particular for the heat treatment of slabs, has at intervals support rings (2), between which a heat insulation is arranged. The fibre spray mass (14) is connected to the first fibre mat (12) by means of its binder. Abstract (de)
Eine Rolle (1) für einen Rollenofen, insbesondere zur Wärmebehandlung von Brammen, weist in Abständen Tragringe (2) auf, zwischen denen eine Wärmedämmung angeordnet ist. Die Wärmedämmung soll dynamischen Belastungen der Rolle (1) und chemischen Belastungen durch die Bramme standhalten. Auf den Umfang der Rolle (1) ist zwischen den Tragringen (2) eine vernadelte erste Fasermatte (12) aufgelegt, auf die Faserspritzmasse (14) aufgespritzt ist. Die Faserspritzmasse (14) ist mittels ihres Bindemittels mit der ersten Fasermatte (12) verbunden. Seitlich zwischen den Tragringen (2) und der Faserspritzmasse (14) liegt eine vorkomprimierte zweite Fasermatte (13). <IMAGE>
