In the shrink bobbin, especially for smooth filament yarn, having a rotationally symmetrical body which possesses a casing forming a supporting surface for the yarn and having supporting webs (5, 6) extending in the longitudinal direction between end rings (1, 2) and supported circumferentially against one another via deformable shrinkage elements (8), its deformation is dependent on the residual shrinkage of the material to be processed and builds up flexibly to maximum shrinkage. The yarn package is thus not deformed, and a direct processing of the wound yarn is possible. The supporting webs (5, 6) are connected directly to the end rings (1, 2). Arranged between the supporting webs (5, 6) are stay webs (7) which extend essentially in the circumferential direction and the ends of which are each supported on a supporting web (7) via respective deformable shrinkage elements (8). <IMAGE>

Bei der Schrumpfhülse, insbesondere für Filament-Glattgarn, mit einem rotationssymmetrischen Körper, der einen eine Tragfläche für das Garn bildenden Mantel mit in Längsrichtung zwischen Endringen (1,2) verlaufenden in Umfangsrichtung über verformbare Schrumpfelemente (8) aneinander abgestützten Tragstegen (5,6) aufweist, richtet sich ihre Verformung nach dem Restschrumpf des zu bearbeitenden Materials und baut sich flexibel bis zum Maximalschrumpf aus. Das Garnpaket wird dabei nicht deformiert, und eine Direktverarbeitung des aufgespulten Garns ist möglich. Die Tragstege (5,6) sind unmittelbar an die Endringe (1,2) angeschlossen. Zwischen den Tragstegen (5,6) sind im wesentlichen in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Stützstege (7) angeordnet, deren Enden sich jeweils über verformbare Schrumpfelemente (8) an einem Tragsteg (7) abstützen. <IMAGE>
