Abstract (en)
An installation for charging melting furnaces is proposed, which consists of a combination of a horizontal conveyor (2) designed as a moving floor and a steep conveyor (3). The product to be conveyed (14) is extracted from a storage container (5) on the moving floor and displaced to the steep conveyor . The steep conveyor (3) has carriers (12) which transport the product to be melted (14) upwards on a sliding floor (7) to the emptying station (8). By means of this charging system (horizontal conveyor-steep conveyor), it is possible for the first time in installations of this type to carry out fully automatic furnace operation. The charging system controls and monitors itself by means of installed sensors and is integrated into the furnace process. The sensors control and monitor the levels in the furnace, in the steep conveyor and in the horizontal conveyor. As a result of this, optimum operation of the furnace installation is achieved. Errors by personnel no longer exist as no personnel are necessary. Moreover, there is also as a result optimum energy use and thus a minimum of emissions. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Beschickungsvorrichtung für Schmelzöfen vorgeschlagen, die aus einer Kombination eines als Wanderboden ausgebildeten Waagerechtförderers (2) und eines Steilförderers (3) besteht. Das Fördergut (14) wird aus einem Vorratsbehälter (5) auf dem Wanderboden ausgetragen und zum Steilförderer verschoben. Der Steilförderer (3) weist Mitnehmer (12) auf, die das Schmelzgut (14) auf einem Gleitboden (7) zur Entleerungsstelle (8) nach oben transportieren. Durch dieses Beschickungssystem (Waagerecht-Förder-Steilförderer) ist es möglich, eine vollautomatische Ofenfahrweise zu realisieren. Das Beschickungssystem steuert und überwacht sich selbst durch installierte Sensoren und ist in den Ofenprozeß integriert. Die Sensoren steuern und überwachen die Füllstände im Ofen, im Steilförderer und im Waagerechtförderer. <IMAGE>
