Abstract (en)
The hammer has a housing (1) with a cylinder (13) in which a percussion piston (12) with a piston rod (26) is displaceable to and fro. A cylindrical bush (16) is guided below the piston (12) in the cylinder (13) such that it is displaceable between two stops (15, 19). The bush (16) has, at the top, a coaxial bore (25) as the slideway for the piston rod (26) and, at the bottom, a coaxial hexagonal opening (20) as the guide for the shank (21) of a percussion tool (22). The lower front end of the bush (16) forms a stop shoulder (24) for a flange (23) of the tool (22). As a result of this design, inexpensive manufacture, good damping of the rebound of the tool, a high degree of operating convenience and an increase in the performance of the hammer are achieved. <IMAGE>

Der Hammer hat ein Gehäuse (1) mit einem Zylinder (13), in dem ein Schlagkolben (12) mit einer Kolbenstange (26) hin und her verschiebbar ist. Eine zylindrische Büchse (16) ist unterhalb des Kolbens (12) im Zylinder (13) zwischen zwei Anschlägen (15,19) verschiebbar geführt. Die Büchse (16) hat oben eine koaxiale Bohrung (25) als Gleitführung für die Kolbenstange (26) und unten eine koaxiale Sechskant-Oeffnung (20) als Führung für den Schaft (21) eines Schlagwerkzeuges (22). Das untere Stirnende der Büchse (16) bildet eine Anlageschulter (24) für einen Flansch (23) des Werkzeuges (22). Durch diese Ausbildung wird eine kostengünstige Herstellung, eine gute Dämpfung des Rückpralls des Werkzeuges, ein hoher Bedingungskomfort sowie eine Steigerung der Arbeitsleistung des Hammers erreicht. <IMAGE>
