The pressure pipe (25) has a hollow (31) on the valve side which houses a restoring spring (36) and an associated spring plate (33) which passes through the pressure pipe (25) by means of a holding device (39). The pressure pipe (25) and restoring device (41) can thus be handled and mounted jointly as a functional unit.
