The support may be in a lower or upper position. La machine comprend un tambour (11), des moyens d'entraînement (17, 18, 19) de ce tambour rotatif sur un axe horizontal (12) et porté par une structure (13) qui se compose d'un châssis fixe (14) et d'un support mobile (15). Le support peut occuper une position basse et une position haute. A cet effet, la machine comporte deux éléments (16) à deux bras (35 et 36) disposés en croix et couplés par au moins un vérin hydraulique (38).
