In a motor-vehicle door closure, having a housing possessing a cover cowl (1) and having an actuator (2) belonging to a securing device and arranged on the housing, to provide a simple and cost-effective motor-vehicle door closure with a small space requirement and high temperature compatibility, the actuator (2) is arranged on the cover cowl (1). Bei einem Kraftfahrzeug-Türverschluß, mit einem Gehäuse, das eine Abdeckhaube (1) aufweist und mit einem Stellglied (2) einer Sicherungseinrichtung, das am Gehäuse angeordnet ist, ist zur Schaffung eines einfachen und kostengünstigen Kraftfahrzeug-Türverschlusses mit geringem Platzbedarf und großer Temperaturfreundlichkeit das Stellglied (2) an der Abdeckhaube (1) angeordnet. Das Stellgliedgehäuse ist zumindest teilweise einstückig mit der Abdeckhaube (1) ausgebildet. <IMAGE>
