[origin: EP0472477A1] A rotary actuating mechanism for a circuit-breaker comprises an isolating device (13) having a mechanical link (14) reformable under the action of the operating force exerted on the knob (10) when the said force exceeds a predetermined threshold corresponding to the welding of the contacts.
