Selon l'invention, le dispositif portatif personnel pour recevoir et visualiser des informations transmises par radio, en combinaison avec une montre, comprend un système de récepteur radio (11) pouvant recevoir des transmissions radioélectriques sur une radio-fréquence prédéterminée, ainsi que des moyens (13) disposés dans ledit système pour décoder les informations transmises par radio. Le dispositif comprend également des moyens de traitement (13) permettant d'extraire desdites informations de la partie requise, ainsi que des moyens pour la visualisation des informations (18). Le dispositif, doté d'une horloge (X1), coopère avec des moyens permettant d'économiser l'énergie électrique provenant d'une batterie (23).
