In the case of a rotor of a pressure wave machine rotor cells (2) are uniformly distributed on its circumference and are intended to receive two gaseous media in operation for the purpose of compressing the first medium by means of pressure waves of the second medium. At the same time the rotor cells are so arranged that they run in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotor (1). <IMAGE>

Bei einem Rotor einer Druckwellenmaschine sind an seinem Umfang Rotorzellen (2) gleichmässig verteilt, die dazu bestimmt sind, im Betrieb zwei gasförmige Medien aufzunehmen zwecks Verdichtung des ersten durch Druckwellen des zweiten Mediums. Dabei sind die Rotorzellen so angeordnet, dass sie in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse des Rotors (1) verlaufen. <IMAGE>
