Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0472845A1] In this glass door wing (4), a glass pane (11) is connected at its bottom narrow side to a guide-shoe plate (12) and at its top narrow side to a suspension stirrup (13). For the sliding guidance of the glass door wing (4) at the bottom end, eccentric pins (17) arranged on the guide-shoe plate (12) plunge with guide shoes (18) into a sill section (19) which is let into a sill along the displacement path. The glass pane (11) is held at the bottom end between a bottom socket strip (9) and a glass-holding strip of the guide-shoe plate (12) and at the top end between a top socket strip (20) and the suspension stirrup (13). Rubber bushes (21) let into bores in the glass pane (11) enclose fastening nuts (22) which are inserted on the shaft side and are connected to weld studs arranged on the socket strips (9; 20). A support (29) holds a guide rail (30) which is arranged along the displacement path and on which rollers (31) travel which carry the glass door wing (4) and are connected to the suspension stirrup (13) by means of screw bolts. A raised collar (33) arranged on the roller (31) ensures reliable guidance and prevents the glass door wing (4) from jumping out of the guide rail (30). <IMAGE>
