Abstract (en)
An apparatus for forming rows of bottles and for forming bottle layers (L) from these rows, for example for conveying bottles away from a bottle-producing machine and for palletising the bottle layers (L). The apparatus has a feed table (8), on which the bottles are distributed into a plurality of channels (4) by means of a distributor device (6). Individual bottle layers (L) are separated from the so formed bottle rows by means of a layer separator (3.1, 3.2). The bottle rows are pushed together by means of a transverse displacement device (2), in such a way that the spacing between the individual rows is eliminated and the bottles bear against one another in a staggered manner. This makes it possible to obtain a rapid transfer of the bottles into the bottle layers (L), without defects occurring and without bottles tipping over. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Vorrichtung zum Bilden von Flaschenreihen und zum Bilden von Flaschenlagen (L) aus diesen Reihen, beispielsweise zum Abfördern von Flaschen von einer Flaschenherstellungsmaschine und zum Palettieren der Flaschenlagen (L). Die Vorrichtung weist einen Fördertisch (8) auf, auf dem die Flaschen mittels einer Verteilvorrichtung (6) in mehrere Kanäle (4) verteilt werden. Aus den so gebildeten Flaschenreihen werden mittels eines Lagentrenners (3.1, 3.2) einzelne Flaschenlagen (L) abgetrennt. Die Flaschenreihen werden mittels einer Querverschiebe-Einrichtung (2) so zusammengeschoben, daß der Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Reihen aufgehoben wird und die Flaschen auf Lücke aneinander anliegen. Damit ist eine schnelle Überführung der Flaschen in die Flaschenlagen (L) möglich, ohne daß sich Fehlstellen ergeben und ohne daß Flaschen umstürzen. <IMAGE>
