[origin: JPH0640479A] PURPOSE: To provide a dispenser for media which can make random performance particularly by a control means for a storing and indicating device independently of a discharge operation. CONSTITUTION: The dispenser comprises a discharge actuating means 5, a storing and indicating device 20 and particularly a count device for a discharge process, which is controllable by an actuator. The storing and indicating device 20 is controllable by at least two separate actuators 11, 23.
