The invention relates to a header (30) for a main heat exchanger, containing a second heat exchanger (44) having two connecting hoses (58) that pass in a leakproof manner through a wall (32) of the header and by means of which the second heat exchanger is fixed inside the header. Each of the hoses (58) is connected up to the second heat exchanger by being inserted successively through a passage orifice formed in the wall (32) and into a receiving seat formed in the second heat exchanger. The wall (32) is provided, inside the header, with at least one slide channel (62) designed to receive a sliding block (54) forming part of the second heat exchanger and to allow precise positioning of the second heat exchanger (44) inside the header (30) for the installing of the two hoses (58) connected up from the outside. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne une boîte à eau (30) d'un échangeur de chaleur principal, contenant un échangeur de chaleur secondaire (44) à deux tubulures de raccordement (58) qui traversent à étanchéité une paroi (32) de la boîte à eau et par lesquelles l'échangeur de chaleur secondaire est fixé dans la boîte à eau. Chacune des tubulures (58) est rapportée sur l'échangeur de chaleur secondaire en étant introduite successivement dans un orifice de passage ménagé dans la paroi (32) et dans un logement de réception formé dans l'échangeur de chaleur secondaire. La paroi (32) est munie, à l'intérieur de la boîte à eau, d'au moins une glissière (62) propre à recevoir un coulisseau (54) faisant partie de l'échangeur de chaleur secondaire et permettre le positionnement précis de l'échangeur de chaleur secondaire (44) à l'intérieur de la boîte à eau (30) pour la mise en place des deux tubulures (58) rapportées de l'extérieur. <IMAGE>
