[origin: US5221076A] The invention relates to a protective device adapted to be mounted at the base of a roof. The device has a set of posts each having a base section which locates in the gutter at the base of the roof and a fixing device linked to this base section, at least two arms being linked with a pair of posts, by upper parts and lower parts mounted on the posts, at least two bracing wires with each of these bracing wires being linked to one of the posts to connect it to a respective anchoring element located on the roof and a net connected to at least one of the arms and to two of the posts.

L'invention concerne un système de protection à monter notamment à la base d'un toit. Il comprend un ensemble de poteaux (20, 30, 40, 50) comprenant au moins deux poteaux latéraux (20, 30) ayant chacun une partie de pied (22, 32) adaptée pour venir se loger dans la gouttière (70) à la base du toit et un dispositif de fixation (25, 35) associé à cette partie de pied (22, 32), au moins deux bras (45, 46) comprenant un bras supérieur (45) et un bras inférieur (46), ces bras (45, 46) étant rendus solidaires des poteaux latéraux (20, 30) par des pièces respectives inférieures et supérieures (11, 12, 13, 14) montées sur les poteaux latéraux (20, 30), au moins deux haubans (26, 36, 46, 56), chacun de ces haubans (26, 36, 46, 56) étant associé à l'un des poteaux (20, 30, 40, 50) pour le relier à un point d'ancrage respectif (27, 37, 47, 57) situé sur le toit, et une nappe de filet (90) adaptée pour être reliée au moins à un des bras (45, 46) et aux poteaux latéraux (20, 30). <IMAGE>
