[origin: WO9014168A1] The object of the invention is a solid glued board press, in particular a blockboard press, which includes a glue handling device, two or more glue nozzle (8), a glue distribution device, wood strip transportation devices to move a wood strip past the nozzles (8), and a press section. A press in accordance with the invention includes at least two glue nozzles (8) which are located in essentially the gluing level that corresponds to the surface of the wood strip (9), in such a way that when the glue nozzles (8) are turned round an axis that is vertical to the gluing surface the width of gluing can be varied, and that the glue nozzles (8) include shut-off devices (7), which are arranged in such a way that when the wood strip (9) presses the shut-off device (7) it opens the glue nozzle (8), when the glue flows onto the surface of the wood strip (9). The operation of a gluing head is improved by means of the invention.

L'invention concerne une presse pour la production de planches pleines collées, en particulier une presse à planches lattées, comprenant un dispositif pour le maniement de la colle, deux ou plusieurs buses à colle (8), un dispositif pour la distribution de la colle, et des dispositifs pour faire passer des lattes devant lesdites buses (8) ainsi qu'une section de presse. Selon l'invention, la presse comprend au moins deux buses à colle (8) situées sensiblement au niveau du collage correspondant à la surface de la latte (9), ce qui permet de faire varier la largeur du collage, en faisant tourner lesdites buses (8) autour d'un axe vertical à la surface de collage. Les buses (8) comprennent également des dispositifs d'arrêt (7), aménagés de sorte que lorsque la latte (9) comprime ledit dispositif, la buse s'ouvre (8), permettant à la colle de se répartir sur la surface de la latte (9). L'invention apporte également une amélioration au fonctionnement d'une tête de collage.
