The other side of the plate (24) abuts a support piece (25). The electronic components (33) and the contact disc (22, 23) are connected to each other by single standard bond wires (34). The pressure sensor (11) is therefore relatively compact and inexpensive to manufacture. In addition, the sensor assembly (19) and the electrical evaluation circuit can be checked in the pre-assembled condition.

Détecteur de pression (11) qui comprend un dispositif de détection (19) composé d'au moins un matériau piézoélectrique (21) et d'au moins un disque de contact (22, 23), et des composants électroniques (33) d'un circuit d'évaluation électrique, situés sur la face d'une plaque de céramique (24) regardant la membrane (14). L'autre face de ladite plaque (24) adhère à une butée (25). Les composants électroniques (33) et les disques de contact (22, 23) sont reliés entre eux à l'aide de simples fils de liaison standard (34). Ledit détecteur de pression (11) est donc relativement compact et peut être fabriqué pour un coût modique. En outre, le dispositif de détection (19) et le circuit d'évaluation électrique peuvent déjà être vérifiés lors du préassemblage.
