The invention relates to a process for grain formation in the crystallisation of a concentrated sugar solution to a massecuite by addition of seed sugar which is formed from the crystallised massecuite. For this purpose, a portion of the crystallised massecuite is comminuted and added as seed to the crystallisation in-line in a closed system.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Kornbildung bei der Kristallisation eines Zuckerdicksaftes zu einer Füllmasse durch Zugabe von Impfzucker, der aus der kristallisierten Füllmasse gebildet wird. Hierzu wird ein Teil der kristallisierten Füllmasse zerkleinert und als Impfstoff in einem geschlossenen System Inline der Kristallisation zugeführt.
