Abstract (en)
Reinforcing means made from semi-rigid plastic, intended to be fitted over the opening and the lid of a metal container. According to the invention, the reinforcing means is composed essentially of a cap (11) equipped with a ring (20) and preferably with cross-pieces (21), the ring comprising at least one rib (22). Means are provided for breaking the said cap, at least within the abovementioned ring. <IMAGE>

Dispositif de renforcement en matière plastique semi-rigide, destiné à venir s'adapter sur l'ouverture et le couvercle d'un emballage métallique. Selon l'invention, le dispositif de renforcement se compose essentiellement d'une coiffe (11) munie d'une couronne (20) et de préférence de croisillons (21), la couronne comportant au moins une nervure (22). Des moyens sont prévus pour rompre ladite coiffe, au moins dans la couronne précitée. <IMAGE>
