Dispositif de réglage central de la distribution de l'eau, du chauffage et de l'électricité dans une maison, ledit dispositif ayant la forme d'une armoire (2) et comportant des raccordements qui servent à l'alimentation en eau de la maison et à la distribution interne de l'eau, disposés de préférence dans des portions supérieure et inférieure de l'armoire, un chauffe-eau disposé dans l'armoire et la boîte de tirage de la maison qui est disposée dans l'armoire lorsque l'armoire est installée, la partie arrière de la boîte de tirage (1) faisant saillie dans l'armoire, ou étant en face de celle-ci, et comportant des douilles (3) destinées à relier des unités électriques de l'armoire au moyen de fiches électriques normales.
