[origin: WO9115348A1] The invention relates to a worm-drive extruder where one of its cylinders (1) to contain at least a worm drive (5) has drillings to take pins (2) penetrating in the conveyor region and arranged in radial planes. The purpose of the invention is to provide a pin cylinder extruder in which the pins can essentially neither bend nor break, whose pins (2) can easily be tempered and can be readily adjusted in their action and adapted to the various requirements. According to the invention, the axes of the pins (2) are tangential or parallel to the tangents of the worm drive (5).

L'invention se rapporte à une extrudeuse à vis dans laquelle un de ses cylindres (1) recevant au moins une vis (5) comporte des perçages destinés à recevoir des goujons (2) faisant saillie dans la région de transport et disposés dans des plans radiaux. L'invention a pour objet de créer une extrudeuse à cylindre à goujons, dont les goujons ne peuvent en principe ni se déformer ni se rompre, présentent une bonne aptitude à la trempe ainsi que de multiples possibilités de réglage et s'adaptent aux diverses exigences. Les axes de goujons (2) sont tangentiels ou parallèles aux tangentes de la vis (5).
