Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abteilen eines von einer Füllmaschine kommenden durchgehenden Wurststranges in einzelne Würste. Um eine solche Vorrichtung bezüglich der Verluste an den Einschnürungen zu verbessern, ist vorgesehen, daß Verdrängerelemente (9), die beim Abteilvorgang ineinandergreifen, aus einem Drahtbügel (20) bestehen, der in der Kontur einer V-förmigen Platte gebogen ist. <IMAGE>
