Abstract (en)
A hot-water or steam generator suitable for low powers and designed as an intake boiler is provided with fluidised-bed firing using a stationary fluidised bed which is free from immersed heating surfaces and into which cold flue gas is injected as a heat carrier. The combustion air is introduced into the fluidised bed as primary and fluidising air and into the free space of the fluidised bed as secondary air, a fluidising velocity of not more than 3.5 m/s being established. Solids separated from the flue gas at the cold end of the boiler are fed to the fluidised bed together with the coal.

Ein für kleine Leistungen geeigneter, als Einzugskessel (1) ausgebildeter Heißwasser- oder Dampferzeuger ist mit einer Wirbelschichtfeuerung mit einer stationären Wirbelschicht (4) versehen, die frei von Tauchheizflächen ist und in die als Wärmeträger kaltes Rauchgas eingeblasen wird. Die Verbrennungsluft wird als Primär- und Fluidisierungsluft in die Wirbelschicht und als Sekundärluft in den Freiraum (5) der Wirbelschicht eingebracht, wobei eine Wirbelgeschwindigkeit von maximal 3,5 m/s eingestellt wird. Feststoffe, die am kalten Ende des Kessels aus dem Rauchgas abgetrennt werden, werden zusammen mit der Kohle der Wirbelschicht zugeführt. <IMAGE>
