Abstract (en)
Fluid-actuated regulating device intended to be placed between a blank holder and the sliding member which serves to move the blank holder. It comprises, for example, a body (11) intended to be mounted on the abovementioned sliding member (4) so as to be driven by the latter, the said body (11) housing at least one compact fluid-actuated cylinder (12) and comprising at least one conduit (13) for the intake of a pressurised fluid into the cylinder(s) (12), the piston (15) of each cylinder being attached to a movable member (16), intended to engage with and move the blank holder (3) in relation to the said body (11), so that, when the movement of the abovementioned sliding member is stopped by a stop (18), before the blank holder (3) has come into contact with a blank placed on the die (2), the force exerted by the blank holder on the said blank is determined by the pressure of the fluid injected into the said cylinder (12) and may vary during the course of the deep-drawing cycle. <IMAGE>

Dispositif de régulation fluidique destiné à être placé entre un serre-flan et l'organe coulissant servant à déplacer le serre-flan. Il comprend par exemple un corps (11) destiné à être monté sur l'organe coulissant (4) précité de manière à être entraîné par celui-ci, ledit corps (11) logeant au moins un vérin fluidique compact (12) et comportant au moins un conduit (13) pour l'amenée d'un fluide sous pression dans le(s) vérin(s) (12), le piston (15) de chaque vérin étant attaché à une organe mobile (16) destiné à coopérer avec et déplacer le serre-flan (3) par rapport audit corps (11), de manière que, lorsque le déplacement de l'organe coulissant précité se trouve arrêté par une butée (18), avant que le serre-flan (3) ne soit venu en contact avec un flan placé sur la matrice (2), la force exercée par le serre-flan sur ledit flan soit déterminée par la pression du fluide injecté dans ledit vérin (12) et puisse varier au cours du cycle d'emboutissage. <IMAGE>
